Do you feel excited about life?
-
Are you able to do all the things you want to do?
-
Are you following all of the Wellness Pillars when it comes to nutrition, exercise and sleep?
If you answered YES to all of the above, then I want to talk to you about partnering with the Institute to help spread the word about wellness!

When you come to a railroad crossing, do you you stop and look in both directions to check for an oncoming train even if there is a crossing signal there to warn you? Why not depend on the technology that was placed there to warn you? Because it is not fail proof. You have eyes and ears and you use them because your life depends upon them. Does it take a little extra time and effort to double check? Sure it does. Your life is worth that extra effort.
When you go to the doctor and he or she runs you through a battery of tests to determine the state of your health, you still do not really know what is going on inside your body. You just know what the tests were looking for. My step-father passed away suddenly shortly after receiving just such a clean bill of health. His was not an isolated case. Modern medicine is truly miraculous, but even it has limitations.
Living organisms are the most complex systems on the planet. The human body is truly an engineering marvel. It is an interlocking set of chemical processes running continuously your entire life. Some scientists believe the human body was designed to live 120 years. If that is true, why don't we all live that long? Perhaps we are not living according to the specifications required. As any parent will quickly point out, we did not come with an operating manual. So how do we know how we are supposed to live? You are absolutely right; we do not have all the answers. But we do have a lot of answers, and scientists are still working to refine our body of knowledge. Just because you don't have all the answers doesn't mean you cannot use the answers you have now to get on the right track. Check out the Wellness Pillars to learn what you can do right now to live a healthier life.
