The easiest way to conceptualize a wellness lifestyle is to picture three pillars rising straight up from a solid concrete foundation shaped like a triangle. One pillar stands at each corner of your foundation. These pillars support your life which rests comfortably and safely on a platform atop these pillars. If you remove or weaken any one of these pillars your life becomes unbalanced and wobbly. If you do not shore up the weak or missing pillar, life as you know it comes crashing down. We don't like thinking such morbid thoughts, so let's look at those pillars and what we need to do to keep them strong.
