Mindfulness Meditation Update

Ever mindful of client needs, we've decided to offer our mindfulness meditation classes for FREE! 

Of course we will gladly accept your donations, but we feel that it is so important that you learn the art of mindful meditation that we are willing to offer these classes absolutely free.  

Join us every Thursday evening from 7-8 PM at the Lake Ridge Executive Park in Lake Ridge, VA.

By the way, we have worked with clients across the country via telephone, and they have found the experience very rewarding.  If you cannot get to the class on Thursday evening, you can still learn how to meditate.  Let us know and we can make other arrangements for you.

Mindfulness Meditation Class

If you've ever wondered how to get started in meditation, or perhaps you just want to know what the big deal is about meditation, join me for a mindfulness meditation hour every Thursday evening 7-8 PM July 15, through August 19.  Once I start classes this Fall I may have to adjust the class date/time but we'll deal with that next month.  In the mean time, Judy Yalch, owner of "An Angel's Touch" has graciously offered up her office for this class.

An Angel's Touch is located at 12650 Lake Ridge Dr., Suite B, Lake Ridge, VA 22192

The price is $15 per person, 20% discount for each friend you bring.

Hello world!

In the spirit of truly living, I've decided to jump into the blogging fray with both feet.  The next few years I'm going to be on a truly amazing journey as I celebrate my 52nd birthday next month then immediately start classes at American University, working on a PhD in Neuroscience.  And, you're going to be right there with me!  Several of my friends have asked me to keep them posted, so with that in mind, this is how I'm going to do just that.  It's getting late; I'll save the really good stuff for another post.  Till then, Live well --
